I understand firsthand the vulnerability that comes with reaching out for help. I remember my own experience stepping into therapy—it wasn’t easy, and I was used to saying, “I’m fine,” even when I wasn’t. But therapy became a transformative experience for me. I found acceptance and validation and learned to honor my true feelings and experiences. It gave me the strength to be more authentic and grounded in who I am, and it’s a gift I’m passionate about sharing with others.
As a therapist, I want to encourage others to reach out and experience the benefits of therapy. Every therapist has their own unique way of working with people. My therapeutic style is rooted in the belief that people are intrinsically valued and are deserving of fundamental human connection; to be seen, to be heard, and to be understood. These fundamental values hold the framework in how I work with the individual.
I believe you already hold many of the answers you’re seeking. Together, we’ll explore your past and present experiences, approach challenges from new perspectives, and bring forward your natural resilience. My goal is to support you in uncovering genuine and empowering insights, encouraging you to embrace your most authentic self. I know the challenges of balancing life, family, and personal growth, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
If you’re ready to create stronger connections, resolve lingering conflicts, or just find a new perspective, let’s connect. Therapy is a space where real change happens, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
